In this fun 1 hour class you will train with a team or a partner in a circuit style, utilizing the whole gym and a variety of equipment.
Each group will work the whole body, while each exercise incorporates multiple muscle groups at once. This high energy fun workout is programmed in a specific pre set order using some high intensity movements, and the set is repeated several times.
This is a great way to build endurance and strength.
