stretching and releasing the fascia is taken very seriously.

In this 1 hour class you will be guided in using the foam roller to help release the myofascial , releasing any built up tension in the muscle while increasing blood flow and working on alignment.

Stretching and releasing the muscle helps in preventing injury, reducing inflammation and stiffness around the joints, which increases mobility in day to day life, as well as increasing your range of motion during training which will help you achieve optimal results.
